Auxbeam Switch Panel Mount

Auxbeam Control Panels allow you to switch a variety of accessories from an engine-bay mounted switch/relay box, while only requiring that you run a couple small wires through the firewall to a control module. That's super handy, but where do you put the interior switch panel? That's the problem I set out to solve here. 

This design allows you to keep your sunglasses holder (important to me!) & requires no cutting or modification of the headliner or overhead console. It hooks up top around the headliner & locks in by slipping under the overhead console at the bottom - the cable routes underneath the overhead console as well, making for a very clean install! This design fits the contour perfectly, achieved by 3D scanning the area and using that data to inform the CAD model. 

This uses the M3 screws provided in all of the AUXbeam kits to attach the switch panel to the mount from the backside via counterbored holes. 

The design that is shown here has a with an Auxbeam RA-80XL mounted in my 2005 LX470, but I have versions to fit the Auxbeam RA80, BA80, GA80, and AR820 for the 98-02 and 03-07 100 Series LC/LX and the 01-07 Sequoia. I do not recommend the RA/RB80XL in the 98-02, as there's just not as much space. It's doable, but shoot me an email if you're interested in it.

These get 3D printed in a glass-fiber reinforced ASA long term for heat and UV resistance - perfect for automotive applications.
